Please be aware if your order includes customized/personalized bottles, they will be printed in another location and shipped out to our warehouse in Bangalore, then they will be forwarded to a local courier partner for delivery. Hence, it will take 3 days for you to receive a tracking number.
If your order has been shipped for more than 1 business day (excluding Saturday & Sunday / Public Holidays) and you still did not receive a tracking number, please check to ensure it is not in your spam/junk folder first then contact us.
