"This 30-Day Replacement Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship during the 30-day Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Totem reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.
Manufacturing defect does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:
Normal daily wear and tear.
Intentional modifications.
Products not sold by us or authorized resellers.
Products not manufactured by us.
Misuse and/or mishandling of the product.
Theft or loss of the product."
