ALL products on Totem are eligible for a free Replacement within 30 days of delivery in the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect.


However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged/different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.


ALL products on Totem are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of delivery in case you are unhappy with the product.


You will receive a full refund or Store Credit in your Totem account so that you may choose another product from our website that would be more suited to your needs.
