Log in to your Totem account as usual.
Once the page has loaded, you will immediately see the points you have in your account on the bottom left of the home page.
You can now place an order and earn points!
Please note you can see the points in your account only after the 30-day approval period, subject to not returning or canceling your order. Any returned, canceled, or discounted orders where loyalty points were not used are ineligible to receive any points.
You cannot earn or redeem points against purchases made for a gift card.
