If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number ASAP. If you have ordered a personalized bottle, we will not be able to cancel it if it is already printed.
If your order has already been shipped out, we, unfortunately, will not be able to make any modifications. Request you to not accept the order when the courier company is trying to deliver and contact us with the reason for your return in your email. Once we receive your return request, one of our representatives will process the refund in case the order is Prepaid.
Note that any shipping fees incurred from this process will not be covered by us."
