What is the meaning of Lifetime Replacement Program?

"The below policy is applicable to all the products sold by Totem.


Totem provides a lifetime warranty for heat retention as long as the Purchaser owns the product. At any time if the bottle stops keeping cold water for 24 hours and hot water for 12 hours, Totem will replace the bottle at no cost.


Totem warrants the product against wear and damage for as long as the Purchaser owns the product.


The Replacement Program Policy covers any damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from:

Drops.

Normal daily wear and tear.


Totem reserves the right to replace the damaged product free of cost or at a discounted rate of 50% of the original price paid by the customer. Please note that the policy is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.


To obtain a replacement, you must first Contact Us with valid proof of purchase and at least 2 photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.


To make a warranty claim for a product purchased from Amazon.in or Flipkart.com, the Purchaser must register the product at Totem.com.
