What if my product hasn’t been picked up within 7 days from the date of delivery?

"Do not worry if the pickup hasn't happened yet. If your pickup is pending for the past 7 days, it doesn't affect your chances of replacement or refund as long as your request was raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. At times, due to some technical issues faced by the courier companies, the pickups are delayed. In such a situation, we would request you to please reach out to us."
